Code of Conduct
Our core values ...
Lenotra is committed to the values and standards set out in this Code of Conduct, as we believe the principles set out here are the foundation of a successful business. We are committed to ensuring that our actions towards the different stakeholders are guided by the principles set out here. We deliberately focus on treating our stakeholders with respect and appreciation, because only in this way can we achieve a positive internal and external perception and secure our positioning as a successful market participant in a strong competitive environment in the long term. This guideline expresses our understanding of ethically and socially correct behaviour as well as environmentally and resource-conserving behaviour.
This Code of Conduct has been developed to provide our managers, current and future employees with clear guidelines in this regard. Particularly in day-to-day interaction, the above-mentioned directives must be regarded as an ideal-typical target state, which we can only achieve together. In spite of the freedom at work experienced at Lenotra, the desire for orientation is always present. The present guidelines are therefore not intended to restrict the freedom of the individual, but to strengthen the individual responsibility of each employee and, at the same time, to encourage them to act as a team.
For the future, Lenotra undertakes to supplement this Code of Conduct with guidelines for employee management and cooperation in the company. The principles should form the basis for a successful collaboration and thus ensure a positive employer image towards all stakeholders.
This is because the following applies: "The behaviour of each individual ensures the success of the entire company."
Lenotra sets a high standard for cooperation and accountability for human rights, working conditions, and environmental and sustainability commitments with its commitment to the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (https://www.unglobalcompact.org/). Complementing and extending the defined requirements that Lenotra places on all employees, managers and other stakeholder groups, the Code of Conduct serves to fix brand-compliant, integrity-compliant behaviour and to provide a guideline. The principles defined here complete our understanding of ethically and socially correct behaviour, good interaction between managers and employees, and fair treatment of customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Customer satisfaction is one of our most important success factors. A friendly, professional approach to our customers and suppliers is therefore one of our requirements

Lenotra is always aware of its responsibility for the environment. Lenotra promotes and demands the environmentally conscious behaviour of its employees in their daily work and thus reaffirms the following principles.
