• myLeny Privacy widget helps customers, among other things, to conveniently select their location (GPS and Internet Protocol) virtually and to keep an overview of their security settings.

• The implementation ensures that most of the Google® apps can be used without unwanted data outflows.

• The LenyMobile is provided with operating system and security updates by Lenotra for the same length of time as the same device type from the original manufacturer.

• Warranty claims within the 2-year device warranty are handled directly by Lenotra AG.

• myLeny Store – The app store for the LenyMobile; Open Source with anonymous access to all Google Play® apps, only during the purchase of an app you must log in to Google Play® Services.

NesCHt – The secure and private data storage in Switzerland:

• Based on Nextcloud® technology, myLeny customers have access to an Internet-accessible storage service in highly secure, ISO-certified data centres in Switzerland with the ability to process documents online and much more.

• The data of the LenyMobile is synchronized with the NesCHt and can be viewed and partially edited online by the customer and further synchronized to any device (mobile phones, tablets, PCs, etc.) {1}. All data traffic is encrypted.

Communication – the secure channel:

• Communication between mobile and the Internet is encrypted and anonymous up to the point of first contact on the Internet (e. g. up to a website, up to a mail server, etc.). In order to avoid restrictions on Internet access, customers can choose their own virtual location. Internet usage is not recorded.

• The basic access for the LenyMobile to the Internet (mobile subscription and/or WLAN access) can be freely selected by the customer and is not part of myLeny.

Purchasing and subscription principles:

• LenyMobile, NesCHt and the encrypted, anonymous Internet communication is initally purchased together. {2}

• With the purchase {3} of a myLeny, the LenyMobile becomes the property of the customer. The shipment takes place from Switzerland.

• Once a the right to use a Leny NesCHt has been purchased by the customer, several LenyMobile can be purchased and used in combination with it.

Initially, with the purchase of a myLeny you will receive a 12- or 24-month subscription for:

• Operating system, security, app updates and licenses of the LenyMobile

• Use of the NesCHt with the basic storage size (or optionally increased storage) as well as feature, security, app updates and licenses

• Licenses for the use of encrypted, anonymous Internet communication acquired.

• Subscription can be renewed online at any time.

• The subscription for additional LenyMobile can be renewed independently at any time.

• The base storage size or already increased storage space in NesCHt can be increased online at any time for the remaining subscription period.
