Jurisdiction and applicable law

All legal relationships between Lenotra AG and the Customer, including the GTC and all Contracts based on them, are exclusively governed by Swiss law. The Parties declare that the conflict-of-law rules of private international law and the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 do not apply.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is CH-9100 Herisau.

Exclusion of liability

Lenotra AG reserves the right to change, delete or (temporarily) refrain from publishing any content in whole or in part without prior notice. Lenotra AG shall not be liable for any loss or damage of a material or immaterial nature that may result from or in connection with the use of the information provided or from the use of incorrect or incomplete information.
